It started about three and a half weeks ago now and in the last week I had migraines on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Friday I was fine and it looked like I might get away with Saturday too until I got a bad one which started after supper. He told me the whole claim was being reviewed, whatever that means, but two weeks on still nothing so today, more than three months since I first wrote to them, I have invoked their formal complaints procedure with yet another letter.
