Google and Privacy

Sarah just re-tweeted this rather excellent story in The Onion about Google which I think deserves wider circulation. And while I'm at it here's two other items courtesy of Kirk.

First this rather excellent video from Google on Buzz:

I hope the irony that this is hosted on YouTube, a company now owned by Google, doesn't pass you by.

Second and more worryingly if you have a Google account then log into Google and then visit https://www.google.com/dashboard/?pli=1 - I don't know about you but I confess I was surprised by how much they knew about me. Perhaps The Onion's story isn't so far from the truth.
