You will remember that I raised a ticket on Multimap about the Open API. I chased it yesterday and got this reply today.

Hello Paul,

Thank you for your email.

The technical team have let us know that there is currently an
issue with the open API which is also affecting the forum and
blog. We are working on the issue and hope to have it all back
up and running as soon as possible.

We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your
ongoing patience.

So what they're saying is: you told us there's a problem with the open API, the forum and the blog - now we're telling you the same thing.

Errr ... right. Does that really resolve my ticket? I don't think so. The only positive is that it at least means the open API isn't being canned (yet).
