Christmas Eve

Chestnuts would be roasting on our open fire ... but Waitrose failed to deliver any and the cupboard was bare at Tesco too today when I finally got a chance to go there.

The last couple of days have rather screwed up our planning this year but we have just about caught up today. We've both got our present wrapping done and Beth's made a terrine ready for tomorrow.

So now we're just chilling out in front of the fire until bedtime and hoping for an uneventful Christmas.
