Today I learnt... that I don't react well to stopping mid walk to have lunch. Getting going again was hellish and I never recovered my pace.

Beinn a' Ghlo is the three munros: Carn Liath, Braigh Coire Chruinn-bhalgain and Carn nan Gabhar. A long round of 13.5 miles and nearly 1300m of ascent. This was organised by a member of the SWWG on Facebook.

There's no map with this one as I forgot to start the GPS before we set off. Oops.
