Continuing warming up from the depths of lockdown 2, I thought a trip to Sgor Gaoith (meaning peak of the wind) would stretch the leg muscles quite a bit. I was right.

Sgor Gaoith

I remembered the path up from Achlean was pretty grim, with superfluous steps, drains, and just poorly built. But when on it, it's soul destroying. If only it was an old stalkers path rather than a knee damaging slog.

Overall the day was fantastic, it was so good to be out and about. The only trouble I had was my guts taking issue with my lunch and wanting to pass it through in a very IBS like manner. Thankfully a couple of Immodium settled it.

The following couple of days, however, I was very tired and achy.
