Driving at Last

»

Today, only three months after I first applied for my licence back and a month after I could have had it back if the DVLA had got their collective fingers out) my new photocard licence finally arrived. They actually wrote to me on Monday, but the licence didn't arrive until today. It's a three year licence, just like last time I had a seizure, but that's OK.

So I've been out driving already, in Rudolf the Red Land Rover 90. And is was OK. Surprisingly easy after 2.25 years not behind the wheel. Easier than last time after just a year, and I'm a decade older now.
