More Migraines

So the migraines continue now that we're into GMT. I've had visual aura one evening which is a rare treat for me and as well as a couple of full blown ones (including today) I am having a lot of low level headaches. Oh, and I'm still cold turkey on analgesics.

So much for prophylaxis then.

The next thing to try is light therapy so I've borrowed a friend's SAD lamp which is now sitting under my monitors and glares at me for 45 minutes every morning. Not much sign that that's helping yet judging by the state of my head today.
