Still nothing from Phoenix

I did phone them on 2nd October and they admitted they should have at least sent me a letter acknowledging receipt and saying they were looking into it. He told me the whole claim was being reviewed, whatever that means, but two weeks on still nothing so today, more than three months since I first wrote to them, I have invoked their formal complaints procedure with yet another letter.
