Phoenix Accept My Complaint ...

I've had a letter from Phoenix accepting my complaint and acknowledging it's taken a long time to sort this out (they're not kidding, it's now four months since I first wrote). Beyond that all it says is that the claims team are still looking at it and that I will hear from them soon.

So what was the point of that then: that's exactly what I was told on the phone three and a half weeks ago.
