« | Stroke DiaryTry to Work Properly for One Day: Wipe Out The Next Two |

So on Thursday the whole world went crazy. Parish councillors wanting me to monitor phone calls, customers wanting me to help them sort out problems (of their own devising). In truth I loved it. Just the sort of day I used to enjoy when I was well: solving problems, getting thanks.
But I knew I was pushing it: I could feel it on my scalp and I did stop several times for breaks. Despite this I woke up on Friday with a migraine, the first in a while, which wrote off most of Friday.
It wasn't that bad a one though so I thought I'd got off lightly.
Nope.
Saturday I woke up with a really bad migraine and that wrote off most of the day. Even after I'd kicked the headache then (as usual) I felt groggy and indecisive. Ended up going back to bed late afternoon and dozed from 5:30-7pm as I still bad and sleeping it off is often the only way.
