Financial Ombudsman Fails to Help

Well, I've finally had a judgement from the Financial Ombudsman Service, three months after I first complained to them. They've rejected my complaint and say that Phoenix are following their policy terms. That these contradict their sales literature they've chosen to ignore.

So now it's back to the CoOp as I think the next step is to pursue a mis-selling claim against them. Stress eh, it's great.
