Vitamin B2

Clutching at straws but today I started on 400mg of vitamin B2 (2 x 100mg morning and evening). This is way higher than the RDA which is 1.3mg per day but some people find it effective for migraine prophylaxis and the only common side effect is that your urine turns very yellow as you dump the excess rapidly (it's water soluble).
