Virginmedia has Phorm

BT, Carphone Warehouse and Virgin Media¹ have got into bed with Phorm. They're going to give Phorm our browsing history. Yup, you heard me right, our ISP is going to give a third party access to our browsing history.

This is now being covered all over the place² but this story in the New York Times is as good a starting point as any.

Won't say any more about this tonight, still recovering from yet another bloody migraine, but I can see me coming back to this later.
