Volcanos and Lightning

There's a big volcano in Chile which is leading to some quite spectacular photos as it produces a "dirty thunderstorm". Reported in various places but the best photos I've seen were on the Daily Mail¹ web site. Click on any of the images to enlarge them, especially the first two!

I love a good thunderstorm ... not sure I'd want to be close to that one mind you.
