Allergic to Glasses?!

So seven days after getting my new glasses I have a rash today across the area on the top of nose where they sit. Am I allergic to the plastic doodads? Surely not. I've put some Eurax HC on the rash (yes, yes, I know, you shouldn't put hydrocortisone on your face, so sue me).

What else to wibble about?

Well we walked to town today for lunch at The Wrestlers as it was such a lovely day. We went along the bank of the River Cam and saw lots of eights and fours (all rowed by very fit looking young men and women) and said hello to several dogs.

It's about three miles there and 3.5 miles back (if you go the pretty way). I ached, both during the walk and afterwards, which is a worry as we're doing a proper walk tomorrow. I think we set off too fast as we were in a hurry and didn't warm up properly.

Anyway I'll report back on the walk tomorrow night.
